"Baffled this place has such a high rating. I used them for 2 years over which they made mistakes I have never experienced with any other insurance broker I have used. They made incorrect changes to my policy on 2 different occasions one of which caused me to be without insurance for 2 months. Their customer service was abysmal, never seemed to understand the issue or take responsibility, non responsive, and honestly just rude. I am so thankful I don't need to use this office anymore. Whenever I called State Farm corporate they were extremely helpful, this office specifically is just terrible. I cannot express how much I dislike this office, I had to waste nearly 6 hours over 3 phone calls because of errors this office made. Anyway good riddance, hopefully someone more competent takes over so this office can run properly."
